Putters must be scoring-impact driven.

Scoring Impact (40%)

• Putts per round delta
• 3-putt frequency
• Make % inside 5 ft
• Make % inside 10 ft
• Lag proximity inside 30–50 ft

This is the most score-sensitive club in the bag.

Higher weight than irons.

Start Line & Distance Control (25%)

• Face start-line consistency (subjective + pattern based)
• Speed control variance
• Miss dispersion pattern

Stability Under Pressure (15%)

• Performance inside 6 ft late in round
• Confidence rating consistency
• Short-putt volatility

Durability (10%)

• Face wear
• Insert stability
• Finish wear

Value Efficiency (10%)

• Performance relative to price tier
