Round 1 stat tracking is in the books with the Journal 18 Track Pad Pro.
First takeaway:
It’s simple, and that’s exactly why it works.
Round 1 Context
This was a full walking round, which gave the best opportunity to actually use the system the way it’s intended.
- No rushing between shots
- Time to log information properly
- Ability to understand the flow of the tracking
This wasn’t just testing the product.
– It was testing whether it fits into a real round.
First Impressions
Right away:
– Easy to use
- Didn’t take long to understand the layout
- Inputs are straightforward
- No learning curve that slows you down

The performance log is where most of the value showed up.
Each hole tracks:

There’s also a notes section for each hole, which adds context beyond just numbers.
