The Pivot Process
The Pivot Process governs every Pivot Garage 25-Round Audit.
This isn’t a review.
It’s a structured evaluation built to measure how equipment actually performs over time, on the course, under real conditions.
No range sessions.
No first impressions.
No shortcuts.
Field Tests operate separately and do not follow this protocol.
Phase 1 – Baseline
Before the audit begins, a starting point is established.
This includes:
- Launch monitor session
- On-course performance snapshot
- Durability photo documentation
- Initial expectations
No conclusions are made here.
This phase simply defines where the test begins.
Phase 2 – The 25-Round Audit
Rounds 1 through 25 are tracked under the same protocol.
Every round is logged. Every result counts.
Each round tracks:
- Fairways / GIR
- Miss direction
- Distance control
- Confidence level
- Notable mishits
- Turf interaction
Progress updates are published after each round.
- No early winners.
No mid-test conclusions.
Performance is measured over time, not moments.
Phase 3 – Final Evaluation
After Round 25, the data is reviewed and a final decision is made.
- Performance scoring applied
- On-course results analyzed
- Final recommendation issued
The club either earns its place or it doesn’t.
Nothing stays in the bag by default.
Phase 4 – 6-Month Follow-Up
Any club that earns a place in the bag is tested again over time.
This follow-up evaluates:
- Performance consistency
- Wear and durability
- Long-term confidence
If performance drops, the decision can change.
The Standard
The Pivot Process exists for one reason:
To measure what actually holds up over time.
Because one good round doesn’t matter.
What matters is what shows up again—and again—and again.
